I found this Amazing New Software called BannerSnack.com if you want to make Flash Banners the easy way & I mean real easy then check this out. I made the below Flash banner in ten minutes!
Why pay for banner design when you can do it yourself for FREE?
Also if you go for the paid version you could easily set yourself up a business providing Flash Banners for the cost of static banners & make a killing!
It’s so simple to make money when you put your mind to it.

Just came back again as today I was using this software and it looks really good and easy to use I would definetely reccomend it to anyone
